Hi all,
I have seen in a few videos two moves that i CANNOT do for some reason:
- From windows Explorer, if I drag a .wav file and try to drop it on an audio track, it does not work.
- From an explorer within a software (in my case using LoopCloud 3), if I drag the audio, like shown in this video at 10:00 minutes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BRZio4o0I4

Anyone else has that issue?

Thanks

What format (bit/kHz) do these wav files have?

For me it didn't work a couple of times as well.
Other moments it did, really inconsistent :p

I tried with .mp3's and .wav's
Seriously I have thousands and none work.
To better answer your question, here are two I just tested:
- MP3 at 96kbps, 44.1KHz
- WAVE at 2116kbps, 44.1Khz

They come from sample packs, etc. so they should work.
Is there an option in Reason that I forgot to tick or something?

Thanks 4 ur help

I presume you are running Reason as administrator, so you need to set Loopcloud to run as administrator too.

Hey good suggestion thank you! I was using reason as admin, but not LoopCloud, so now it works, but only for LoopCloud, not Windows explorer.
Do you know what I need to do for Windows Explorer?
(I am the admin user of the computer)

You need to find explorer.exe and run that as admin. Basically, you cannot drag and drop from any non-admin program into one that is running as an admin.

OK I will try to find a way to make it admin by default, I am not sure why it is not.
Thank you
