ok - written a piano and vocal track.
the 1st verse bridge and chorus is the same as the 2nd
I copy pasted the vocals for the first verse
however,
the vocals are very slightly out for the 2nd verse which is the same as the 1st verse

question
how is the best way to nudge the vocal track so its in sync with the 2nd verse?
I tried and kept being slightly out too much,

what is the best way to do this
is it to use the numeral values at the top of the sequence window
when I highlight the section of the vocal track I find the black line around the highlighted section is too big and makes it hard to nudge to the correct value in the track - any ideas.

also how best to get a dropped in section so its in time with the click track - I tried to use snap but didn't seem to work

What you could do is drag the audio part in (so it's lined up with the grid) and then go into comp edit mode.

From there you can zoom right in, disable snap and just click and drag the audio left or right until its in time (it'll do this inside of the audio clip/container, so in the arranger it'll still be aligned to the grid). I *think* you can hold shift while you do this for finer adjustment but I'm not able to launch Reason at the moment to check.
