Download fail installing Pangea and Klang

I went into window inside of Reason and clicked to install klang and Pangea and both downloads failed. Then I tried one at a time and both downloads failed. Am I doing something wrong because I just bought two RE's and they both downloaded.

I had the same issue when I upgraded to Reason 10...I think there was (and maybe still is?) something wrong with their servers or something.

anyway, I think I torrented them, and they installed just fine that way.

I figured it out. I had my computer running on 2.4 with my tv also running on 2.4. Read an article that said 5.0 is for big downloads. The reason I checked is when I started downloading on 2.4, my tv started to sputter and hesitate. Soon as I put my computer on 5.0, it downloaded and it downloaded fast. Don't know if that was the real problem but it worked.

just upgraded and all the extra stuff failed to download as well.
