The meter and tuner window

Ok, I remember there being a window (like the Tool Window (F8) ) for monitoring a channel's level meter, and that window could also flip to being a tuner on that channel's input.

I can't find it anywhere, and now I'm doubting it was there. It's been a few versions of Reason since I had to use it, so maybe the devs took it out?

It is found in the Reason's menu under 'Window'
On mac, it's default shortcut is command+F3, on Windows I believe it is control+F3
