1. If I'm exporting to 16 bit wave to convert to mp3 is there any point in using dither? I can't hear any difference but maybe audiophiles and mastering engineers care about it.

2. Is it good to set level to -3dB when converting to mp3? YouTube recommended a video once about this, but I forgot to watch it and then I couldn't find it again.
