New lowest price in Prop Shop?

I could be wrong/late, but I was sure previously the lowest price possible in the shop was $9, but now I'm seeing something for $4... I think this is a new development yes?

$9 seems to be the lowest "full" price. But you can add discounts so I guess that could lower the price

4 is for Synthmaster player, yeah? Which is a VST, not a ReFill or RE. I think that's it.
