Reason won't log in even though the username and password are correct?

Yes and on my desktop computer. This is just my laptop.

That’s odd.
Reminds me a bit of when I just downloaded the new point update. The tutorial thing said can’t display because of no internet connection. Which was wrong. But it said click to try again, and then it turned on.

So anyone any ideas here or am I gonna have to contact the Props. I've had to resort to using my desktop computer only atm.

I just had those problems after my license went wrong, that means i switched hardware and forgot to deactivate a old hard disc or system. If that is not the case, the PH server was not reachable or a firewall was blocking the access. If non of those things is your case, i do not have an idea beside re-installing Codemeter/Authorizer and re-sync everything.

Still happening. Even reinstalled Reason and hasn't fixed the problem.

Maybe you have somehow switched the keyboard layout language in windows by mistake?

I do this myself from time to time as I have both english and norwegian language installed.

Edit: Nevermind, I misread that. As you are able to log into the website, my suggestion is not relevant.

No and the info is autofilled in the boxes too which is also bewildering. I have tried other passwords (as username is displayed and is definitely right) just in case it was autofilled wrong for some bizarre reason.

I did see somewhere on the Proppellerhead site though that I may need to allow cookies or something (or was it dissallow) and that could be causing the issue. Will have to screenshot it when I find it.
