What is your experience with Propellerhead's support?

The 10 or 15 questions via e-mail have been answered very kindly and helpful. Normally within 2 or 3 days, sometimes at the same day.
MacBook Air 512GB SSD 16GB RAM, Reason 11 Suite, LogicProX, FL-Studio, Live10Suite
I opened two tickets. 7 month ago was first ticket.
1. ticket is opened for more then 7 months by now - no reply ever. Still opened. Had my issues about loading projects from older versions. No one ever replied even after 3 follow ups in same ticket. I own Reason 11 Suite. Upgraded from 9.
2. second ticked where I asked what is happening with my first ticket is forcefully closed. No response ever. I opened it and asked what is happening and noone ever replied. They just closed it. While leaving first one opened.
That's my experience. Very bad if you ask me.

One of the worst customer supports I've ever encountered anywhere. Often don't respond and at times have been rude.
