Rewards!!!
Not saying that. Just that implementing a rewards program that allows you to get the same discount you'll be able to get anyway in the next sale which will be some time in the next couple of months, just makes rewards almost pointless. Unless you have points, need something that happens to be in the rewards program and cannot wait for a sale. And I think that's a tiny demographic.Loque wrote: ↑25 Aug 2018Less sales is the solution?Undistraction wrote: ↑25 Aug 2018Yep. Rewards is really badly thought out. The sales are so regular now that they are rendered completely pointless.
I just find this kind of hollow marketing really disingenuous. It is dressing up nothing as something, under the guise of 'giving back to the community'.

No, they're only eligible for products in the Rewards section of the shop, and products that are on sale are automatically hidden from that section. Can't combine it with other discounts, unfortunately.

If you're patient, each of the reward RE's have been also turning out to be one of the weekly deals for the past few weeks and counting. This end of summer sale pulled in all but 3 of them. So far, the reward vouchers are useless. Hang on to yours and hope for change in the future while the sales make vouchers irrelevant.
Relax. Listen to some music.

If someone wants to see a well done reward system: pluginboutique.com has a pretty solid one. There you
a) earn some % of a purchase as virtual cash that can spend on later orders
b) for each ~50 cash you get a reward point that can be used to get you
i) some sample/preset packs for free
ii) more virtual cash
iii) discount coupons (some up to 98%)
If props would do it like this I guess it would feel more like getting a reward than having a (rotten) carrot on a line right in front of you.

Yea, i thought to give it to a friend or so due i did not really needed it. Not sure how companies handle things like this. But its quite normal, that collection of reward points are bound to a person. Ok, sometimes it is bound to a "card" and everyone can collect and finally someone can buy stuff with this card. PH made their decision that way.

Good to hear. With REs at this price point they do feel like a Reward.
Ujam is no longer listed under the rewards tab.
