Same here. Wish I had found this forum before I uninstalled and reinstalled reason..
And errors like these can happen, no doubt. Not communicating about it is a problem. How hard can it be to add a message on the products page that they are experiencing problems and are working on it.

I just had a reply from a support person saying that they are working on this now. As above, wish there was a public page announcing the difficulties rather than letting people discuss this in the dark, thinking theres something wrong with their setup...

Probably everyone of you got a GDPR notification mail by Props.
I just had a look at my account (you can access that page at the bottom of the email on 'Update profile') and have seen that the variable AccountType is 'Unknown'. Just though that this is kinda strange, so if some of you could have a look at their profile just to see if that's the same case. Maybe this is related somehow
