Hi

I have Reason 10.1 and trying to figure out how to get Scalers & Chords to produce sus2 or sus4 chords. Is it possible?

Cheers

Can't you just switch to custom in the scale drop down menu and select notes that belong to the specific chord? I think that should work.

You can't. It was one thing I was disappointed that it didn't do when I demo'd reason 9. Why do Propellerhead always leave something out?

Also it would be good for it to be able to play 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 chords you've preselected on 1 key.

On its own with a one note input I don’t believe it’s possible. However, if you use two keys, I think you’ll get the equivalent of a sus chord with some extra notes attached. I’m not in front of Reason right now, but I’ll play around with it and get back to you.
DAW: Reason 12

SAMPLERS: Akai MPC 2000, E-mu SP1200, E-Mu e5000Ultra, Ensoniq EPS 16+, Akai S950, Maschine

SYNTHS: Mostly classic Polysynths and more modern Monosynths. All are mostly food for my samplers!

Thank goodness Props added 3rd-party Player support!

Hopefully, we'll see more "playable" chord Players coming out - and hopefully you'll be able to play sus chords.

Harmony Navigator player would rule them all! Been using standalone for quite a while and love it.
