Unstable balance in windows 10

Yea i was having an issue with my audio interface and i swapped out the usb cable that came with it with another. Problems SOLVED!

Periodically, balance is not recognized on Windows 10.

I have to reboot or reinstall the driver every time.

Is there a balance user who solved this problem?

  ps. There is a problem with the propeller head's attitude toward loyal customers.

It's discontinued so they probably messed up the compatibility.

Probably time for a new interface.

The Scarlett series seems pretty good.

Balance was actually released the same year as the first focusrite Scarletts, which are still going strong to this day.
Propellerhead messed up somehow.
I'm still really happy I went with the Scarlet as I continually struggle to find justification to replace it with something new and shiny.
