New to Reason 10 File Not Found error

Hi to all, new member here.

I've recently upgraded from Reason 9.5 to Reason 10. I've used demo/trial of Reason 10 for a month and now purchased a license, but whenever I try to open Reason 10 it says:
File Not Found
The Operation could not be completed because a file could not be found.

Reason 9.5 opens fine.

Any help?

I wrote to the Propellerheads team but haven't heard from them in a couple of days, so I decided to ask here.
