There are a few options that help. Combinator programmer.
Audio to cv things then put an empty module to use as a control center to randomize each knob while keystroking.
Producer/Programmer.
Reason, FLS and Cubase NFR user.

Nope you're not alone.
I don't like it either. It has this odd "jangly" sound....it's almost like they modeled an old Western saloon piano:

Yeah that's pretty much what it sounds like. I guess it does sound real... ;)

I find that a lot of the patches "disappear" (not really but almost) when you hear them in mono. I really have to be mindful of stereo width and level with this RE. Might be something to do with poor mic placement when they recorded it.
