Reason 8 Mac OS X Downloads soundbanks but then says they aren't there

Hello everyone!

I am attempting to install Reason 8 on my mac running OS X high sierra. I moved the Reason 8 folder into my applications folder, and open it. When I open it, it says content is missing. Reason then downloads the soundbanks, but then when I go to open Reason again, it says they are still no where to be found.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
