I always find this frustrating, when I have a legitimate problem and can find nowhere on the official site to report it! To the contrary, if I attempt to use the feedback address I am curtly informed that "there is a perfectly good support form for that. Support questions submitted through this form will not be answered." WTF??? Great PR guys! I go to said product support only to find a screed of faqs giving me the runaround with no support form or address that I can find.

You can try emailing support@propellerhead.se, but they seldom reply in good time. You're better off posting your question here. Once they have your money they aren't interested.

From my experience, this doesn't change regardless of the company I'm dealing with.

I think it varies a lot from company to company depending on the ethic.

AFAIK Props support doesn't work 24-7, but Monday to Friday according to regular Swedish office hours (aprox. 9.00 to 17.00 Central European Time or CET+1 during the summer months).
