MIDI Routing in Reason?

Hey all, Im just getting back into reason and can't figure out how to route MIDI.

I have a plugin that sends notes for chord progressions (a VST) and I need to Route MIDI sent from that plugin, to an instrument plugin on another track, but can't figure out how to do this in Reason.

My last time in reason was back in version 2 or something so I'm a bit rusty :p

Thanks for any pointers you can give me, and it's nice to be back again, soooo much new cool stuff and toys to play with
