How do i convert AA files to Mp3

Hi I have just bought some audio books from Audible and I thought the website said I would be able to play them on various players, but they have downloaded as AA file types and will not play on my mp3 player.

So does anyone out there know an Audible converter for me to convert AA to MP3, please.

I have bought and paid for these files but I am unable to play them can anyone help, please.

There's Audible apps for both iOS as well as Android. Why don't you just play them back via your phone's app and record them into Reason (or your favorite audio recording app)... What "mp3 player" are you using?

Or just use iTunes to play them and audio loopback them into any software you want to record with.

AA is an ecrypted format. You need to use supported MP3 players or the audible app on you Smartphone/Tablet/Computer. I used to have audible years ago.

To convert AA files to MP3, I prefer to use a tool help me. Since I have no idea to follow command prompt to convert AA files to MP4. You can do this for free with ffmpeg and using the audible-activator to get your activation bytes to feed into ffmpeg. You need the AAX from Audible rather than the AA, but you can get that from Audible by choosing Enhanced instead of Level 4 then redownloading your audiobook.
