Had a backpack containing my ignition key stolen recently. Emailed support but thought I'd ask here as well. Can I remove the key from my account or is this a sitch the Props need to take care of?

Thanks!

Stole it back, just kidding. Don't know if authorizer can block certain dongles as I don't even know that much about how they work. But it's good you contacted Props, good luck!

I would think you would need to login to your account, click the "Aurthorize" button in the "Applications" section and deactivate the ignition key.

You do need to have the key plugged into your computer to deauthorize.
Mine got lost in a move a few years back and I finally got around to contacting props last month. They emailed me back within a few days that they had removed the key from my account. Now my licenses are freed up to be put on another key or transferred to someone else if I want.

OP. I have my ignition key that I don't use. I will have to dig it up but you are welcome to it.

EDIT. Let me check I can still find it first.

Sorry OP. I just had a look in my stash of USB key things and it's not there. I must have thrown it out.

Thanks everyone. Especially heater - that was a kind offer.
I'll be waiting to hear back from the props.
