I have tried to figure this out, but maybe am not using the proper tearms for searching, but thought I would ask around here. I hope this isn't some noob thing, but I have looked around and even gone through the manual.
In almost all of my Reason songs, I start by creating a Combinator and then adding an instrument and effects within that. Going to the sequencing lane, all track data usually seems to relate to the combinator, but from time to time, the instrument I include gets it own lane. So now there are two lanes showing up, a combinator lane with no information, and my instrument lane with all my midi data.
How can I move the instrument and lane data to the parent combinator, instead of having the combinator and the instrument being broken apart? How am I supposed to add REs, instruments, and effects to a combinator and avoid having multiple lanes?

Personally I only use a combinator when I want to stack 2 or more instruments.

Thanks for replying, and I will look to see how to delete the track, but it is still weird that in a single song, I created four combinators, with single instruments in all of them, and they were each made in the exact same way and each had a single note lane in the sequencer, but the final one created two note lanes (one for combinator, one for instrument) in the sequencer. I will look closer at the manual, but I can't seem to pinpoint the reason for this.Ahornberg wrote: ↑19 Aug 2017In the sequencer you can delete the instrument track with [rightclick] and "Delete Tracks".
