please help reason wont load

ive just reinstalled reason its worked a couple of times , loading vsts takes forever ,a progress notice lists all the vsts and finally generates a notice that says

"A problem caused the program to working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

There was an update before this started to happen.
Please help me.

Rename the vst folder to vst_offline

removed all vsts still wont boot reason though the progress notice is missing.

the progress meter is back but the stop button is greyed out and non functional

Remove Reason and reinstall.

erm idont have any of these plugins or whatever they are that reason is counting for me

erm reason 9.5 doesnt show up in my accounts but reason 9 does yet i carnt find the download for reason 9.5

Just install 9 again and get the free update to 9.5.1 through reason "check for updates" There was no update for me anyway. Still on 9.5.1d19

How many VST's is reason trying to load? How many do you have installed.
