Do not speak English well. Understand me. I'm writing a Google translation.

I will use vst and rack.

Sometimes the project tells me to optimize.
Now my computer performance i7 2670QM / 8g ram / ssd

The propeller heads only talk about dual cores.

How about I set my work computer to the Pentium G4560?

Is it lacking in performance?

If it is not

Intel I3 I5 I7 Which one do you recommend?

Or AMD?

The more fast CPU cores, the better the overall performance of Reason. With CPU cores i mean "real" cores, not Hyperthreading or virtual cores. You need a lot RAM, if you use large samples, Samplers or Rack Extensions with lots of samples in it, but 8GB should work ok.

Dual core is the minimum to run Reason.
The more core you have, the better.

That should be OK. I would get more RAM if you can or at least have room to expand later when you can buy more RAM.
