Apologies if this has been covered (no doubt it has but...34 pages!?)
....is it gonna be possible to right click and assign controller knobs to things like filter cutoff in VST instruments? (in the way you can currently with Reason devices)

First Rule of reason 9.5 beta club is you don't talk about Reason 9.5 Beta.
The 2nd rule is...Whatever.....I have given up faith on getting in the beta.
I have been enjoying the discounts in the May Madness sale.

Still not added to beta group
Anyone knows if export from VST to host works? Example with Nerve VST you can export the notes from internal sequencer to a midi lane in the host.

So if we don't upgrade to reason 9 by the 29th from say 8 is the price still 129.99 to upgrade to 9.5 or will we have to pay more? after the 29th.
Is there going to be some kind of catch where reason 8.0 users after the 29th now have to pay to upgrade to reason 9.5 at 399?

There's no time limit to upgrade. You can always upgrade from any version to the latest for the regular upgrade price.
When using VSTs that hold multiple instruments inside (Like Kontakt for example) how do i direct MIDI to specific channels?
With EMI tracks?
Lets say i have Kontakt loaded with 1 instrument using MIDI Channel #1 and another using MIDI Channel #2, creating a EMI with some midi notes and selecting channel 2 doesn't seem to do anything.

Hi, this does not seem to work none of the vst's I have tried will accept remote movements or midi learn from my controller and I cannot find any info on how to add controls to a control map for vsti's?Exowildebeest wrote:Yeah they're remoteable, just like rack instruments.leonxx1983 wrote:Apologies if this has been covered (no doubt it has but...34 pages!?)

No beta talk outside the beta forum please. Refer to the link you received from propellerhead to access the beta forum. Thanks.MrMeeseeks wrote:Exowildebeest wrote:leonxx1983 wrote:<deleted>

A Reason "upgrade" from any version, from 1.0 to 8.x - is always $129 USD. The price for the full version (if you don't own any previous version) is always $399 USD.tomba wrote:So if we don't upgrade to reason 9 by the 29th from say 8 is the price still 129.99 to upgrade to 9.5 or will we have to pay more? after the 29th.

One of things that upset me (more principle wise) is that I bought reason 8 ONE month before they announced 9. When I contacted them asking them if I could get the upgrade they told me it would 129. which makes sense now because the "get-in price" is 399 but I was kinda sour to the upgrade so ive been wondering when to actually upgrade to 9EnochLight wrote:A Reason "upgrade" from any version, from 1.0 to 8.x - is always $129 USD. I sometimes like to think that there's someone out there just waiting for the right time to upgrade from Reason 1 to the latest version...EnochLight wrote:A Reason "upgrade" from any version, from 1.0 to 8.x - is always $129 USD.
