quantize value shortcut?(and few related questions)

hello

-ive been wondering if there is a shortcut or work around to toggle between the quantizing options in the dropdown menu in edit mode? example ctrl+shift+alt+up arrow = cycles up towards "bar",while arrow key down cycles down towards 1/64.

-also wondering if theres this feature for quantizing in the tool window (as well as shortcut to enable/disable quantize during recording)

-also wondering if there is any way to natively remap reason shortcuts to my liking?or perhaps a reason specific 3rd party or homebrew extension designed specifically for this?(alla 1 button press toggles between the set of shortcuts AS WELL as initiates the macro)

any help would be immensely appreciated(i looked through the manual but couldnt find any mention of this which led me to believe it is not an available feature...but i figured i'd give it a shot here on the forum too)
