If there's an upgrade sale, i would upgrade to v9 too, and upgrade Solaris.

A complete your A-List guitarists bundle would be nice, since I already have two of those. But I guess, that's not going to be a thing any time soon. Also the reason why I did never consider one of the three big bundles. I already have too many of the included rack extensions to make it worth. I wish early adopteres would get some love.

Digital signal processing yields some very interesting results, and I think I've found a platform to stick to for making music.

I'm interested in all those new ridiculously expensive synths that are in the ~$100 (or higher) range. I have no actual need for any of them so I'd never buy them at full price, but would be interested in collecting them for a sale price. Then, I might perhaps one day find a use for them.

I'll probably get the kHs toolbox if it's on sale. I wish I grabbed it at the entry level price. the current $300 price tag is veery excessive, but when trialing I really liked the quality of the devices and the workflow.
