Hi everyone

I can´t open in Reason allihoopa files. (all Files)
I get an error: "Unsupported format ... The operation could not be completed because the format is not supported"
someone who had this problem?

I´m in Windows 7 and Reason 9.1

In Reason 9.2.2 the same problem

Hmmm. I have never run into this issue.

What steps are you taking to produce this? What browser are you using?
Does this happen for any piece on Allihoopa that you try to build upon and open using Reason?

Not seeing this so far here, just checked and everything loading up fine. You're talking about using the "Build On This" button, right?

What file are you trying to load, so I can check more specifically?

Not seeing this so far here, just checked and everything loading up fine. You're talking about using the "Build On This" button, right?

What file are you trying to load, so I can check more specifically?

Does not open any files, now in Reason 9.2.2 ( the same problen in chrome, explorer and firefox)

Do you have multiple Allihoopa accounts? Are you logged into the correct Allihoopa account that is tied to your Reason account? I'm not sure if that would make a difference... I only have the one Allihoppa account, so unsure how this works when you have multiple. I can't think of what else the issue might be.
