PC can't find ignition key

Props support on this is clear as mud. It says to open a Google Chrome file in wordpad and then remove something called 'phrem'. I open and get pages and pages of gobbledygook. Search says no phrem. Any ideas?

Tried Firefox, which asks how I'd like to open phrem. Props say choose 'authoriser', but where's that? I just get a file search box.

Just reset chrome. b'reet.
