How to Claim Your Grace Period Upgrade

If you purchased Reason 8 during the grace period that offered version 9 for free, how does one go about getting the free update? After I log in, I'm only seeing options to buy. I apologize if I'm overlooking the obvious. It wouldn't be the first time...

After doing some searching I found this under support:

I just bought Reason 8, do I get a free Reason 9 Upgrade?

If you bought and registered Reason 8 on May 1st 2016 or later, you will automatically get a Reason 9 license on your account when Reason 9 is released.

Ah, that time of the month ?

When I logged in today I already had the R9 license ready.

First attempt server error, 5 min later I dled the install without problems.
Up and running in 20 minutes

Wow....I just made a 3rd attempt at downloading the file and I got another Internal Server Error message....this is such blatant bullsh*t.The guys at Propellerhead should offer an option for a boxed version(whereby the U.S. customer pays for shipping,for a free boxed version.)
I mean...why not,since the European customers seem to have the benefit of a much more stout and functional server?
