Okay, I have been meaning to ask this request for YEARS, and I figure Reason Talk may be my best chance nowadays.

So - is there any possible chance in hell that anyone out there has the Reason project file for Charlie Clouser's track "Four Notes"? He made it as a demo song for Reason 2 (I think?), and I've loved it since the first time I heard it, which would've been in 2002 or so. I always wanted to find the Reason file, but I kept forgetting to ask on the Props forum. Anyway, does anyone have this floating around? And if not, is there a simple way for me to get this, which I am just not thinking of? Thanks!

P.S. If you haven't heard this track before, I recommend it. Still impressive to me, 14 years later. Google only finds it on this random stranger's SoundCloud page:

I forget if it was on the old props website, or if it was in an 'old demos' subfolder in the Reason (7?) disk image, but I did manage to find all the old demos for each version of Reason. There's a demos page on the props website now, but I don't see the old demos there anymore.

Someone (Noel with Reasonistas) needs to host the complete demo archive, since Propellerheads aren't making them all available.

I recall there was a thread about this in the legacy PUF. There are 16 demo songs at the Ph site:

Perhaps they can add all songs since Reason version 1?

If not, I can host all demo songs over at Reasonistas, but we'd have to identify and collect every file since Reason version 1 (and possibly Record songs too?). Any volunteers?

Public Service Announcement: This is what happens when you've been around the Reason community too long.

We actually worked together at the PUF to collect "all" Reason Demo Song files for Reason (and Record) from version 1 and now up to version 8. It seems were missing the demo songs for Reason versions 2 ad 6.5 (were there any for 6.5?).

I'll upload these to Reasonistas if you guys/gals can help me verify the list.

I'm convinced this is the original riff from the 1.0 Reason default load song. I haven't heard the default song since 2003.

If not, where's it from?

I've still got all the Reason demos from 1 - 5 kicking around in my Reason Museum VM if anyone's having any problems sourcing them. I also ended up exporting & MP3ing all of them, but there's no way I'm uploading them to a streaming service because I feel like I've had my fill of copyright takedown notices for one year.

I'd also recommend checking out the Electromechanical demo songs as well, there's some really nice stuff in there.

I'm pretty sure Mystic & What More Reason are the only 2.5 Demo tracks, all the others came with Reason 2. At least, that's what I've got written down here

"Ok - Blue Then" was made by Magnus Frykberg, excellent producer, did tracks like Titiyo's Talking To The Man In The Moon. "Ok Blue" was one of the tracks made to highlight the new orchestral sounds introduced with Orkester to Reason 2.0.

The best Reason demo for me was "One more reason" by Thiago Pinheiro . AMAZING .

I'm just constantly amazed that a song file from Reason 1 still opens in Reason 9.

Holy crap... Four Notes is an amazing demo! I started with R6.5/7 and the demos had hit a meh point. This thing is fabulous.

I'm a producer from São Paulo/Brazil and here I am, on Oct 22nd 2016, searching for that 'lost track' that I've heard and could never forget on my past years of Reason 2.0!
Guys, you rock!!! I started googling this without any expectation, like...who the heck would be seeking to hear that old track?
