Release Timing

I reckon rack extensions are released in a queue, for maximum sales before the next one comes along.

I could be wrong! But seems to be a pattern of cheaper vs more expensive coming out around the same time.

Not sure if PH essentially is holding back a RE release to squeeze its effect when it drops or if the developers can have a say e.g. "wait for payday time" etc. ;)

Developers have total control over release date, once approved. Approval rarely takes more than a day or so in most cases. And most of the time, the device is often approved and ready to go before the dev finished the store page and other materials such as video tutorials etc…
