Speaking of carriers... I've used trumpets and trombones often; such as in this song:

You used the Reason to get this talk box effect?? or am I mistaken?

It was composed in Reason, but the vocoder is an Electrix WarpFactory



I think the trumpets and trombone sounds I used were actually from a Yamaha DJX

That's me. I'm not the biggest fan of my voice. I typically use a vocoder or have someone else on vocals. But if it's for something silly, I don't mind using my voice lol

Ha...Joey I love it! Super fun jams! Reminds me slightly of "auto tune the news" I'd like to hear Joey 2016 Vocoder action tho

And oh yeah, those electrix units were pretty cool - I remember picking up the filter unit for dirt cheap - then I let a friend borrow it, and now it's long gone lol.
