Sequencer pattern lane to Combinator

I have a Kong and Redrum in a Combinator. The Redrum is used as a pattern sequencer for the Kong.

How do I draw patterns in the sequencer lane for the Combinator and have the Redrum inside react to those pattern changes?

Shouldn't they be on a pattern lane for the ReDrum? What patterns do you want ReDrum to react to... like some external CV source or what?

Ah, so I would create a sequencer track for the Redrum?
