I've bought a bunch of REs and refills from the prop shop. Is anyone else getting the same error?
(Nothing has changed with the account, and no new email addresses are being used).
Orders not showing up on prop's shop
Hmmm... They might be refreshing something? I show only one ReFill under my orders... But of course, all of my REs and ReFills are accounted for under Products. In any case, I still have all my order receipts in email. Maybe contact support to alert them of this?

Same problem here too. I was gonna see how much I've spent on my REs and got the same message.
But I can still see and download everything under the "Products" category.
