My Prediction: Delay Compensation Will come inside the combinator.

I Think delay compensation will be integrated in the combinator because the internal output of the Combinator goes to the input of the FX and the output of the FX goes to the input of the combinator. So, the combinator could calculate the delay and share the value with the others combinators and then offset the tracks.

That is just a guess.

It would be a stupid move to have PDC only in combinator.
You have no idea how many combinator should activate in a serious project song?>
Without considering the fact that you couldn't apply it to audio tracks.

Bad Idea.

It would be yet another Pro's" misstep :(((

I can't see this working either .
For one you still would need a way for the devices to report to the Combinator it's state how is that going to happen without all pluggs being rewritten and res allowed to be re written and allowed to interact by reporting too.
7nless you feel pdc can be measured via audio like vmg then I think you'll be sadly dissapointed that fx res and stock plugs ie reverb distortion units will fail to be measured as in vmg they fail too ......
