Reason/ReWire/Reaper: Audio Reaper -> Reason?

I want to double-check here, but I get the idea the answer is "not possible".

ReWire-slaving Reason to Reaper, is there any to send audio from Reaper to Reason, say using virtual audio cables or audio-interface trickery? As far as I have found, the answer is "not possible" because Reason doesn't input audio from anywhere when it's operating as a ReWire slave; but I hope I'm mistaken about that.

I've browsed tutorials about using VST's with Reason, but as far as I've noticed, those techniques don't work when Reason is operating as a ReWire slave.
