My template for vocals

Heres a way I get my vocals to sound more bright and full. I take the audio track run it through a spider then to a 14;2 mixer. Its almost like having a dub but 4 times the amount. Then iII run the mixer through the Leveler. Its just my template for vocals I usually add on a compressor on the insert and whatever else is needed. The great part is, I can add effects on the Aux of the mixer

sorry if this sounds stupid but isn't that mixer thing just making the one track louder and nothing else? You are just boosting the vocal lvl by making 4 copies of it.

Not following you here (expect the part about the Leveler, of course!). All you're doing with the spider/mixer is adding 12 dB of gain. If all you want is an Aux Send, use the Line Mixer instead.

it's been a while for me since I used a Mac but "comand+shift+3" gets you a screen grab so you won't have to use your phone to take pics of the screen.

Ahhhhh ok I saw this on a tutorial and tried it a few months ago. I noticed the gain but you're saying I can get this same effect with just the leveler?
