Select clip and press P to set locators to left and right of clip and start playback at start of clip.

Been wanting Reason to do this for ages and only discovered it by accident as I had a senior moment and thought I was using Studio 1.

All I need now is someone to tell me this has worked since like version 4 and I'll feel really stupid!

You're right mate it has.  Maybe even earlier.   I started using it round about R4?
