Some comments on the subscription thread got me thinking, How many companies allow the resale of their software. Props obviously do but then that leads us to the RE issue. To my knowledge Cakewalk have never allowed this and I can understand why.

Folks on here are using a variety of packages. Who allows and who doesn't?

If you have a look over at KVR they have an entire thread dedicated to detailing who does what in this regards.

Yeah, but it's out of date sorely and has numerous unanswered posts (good luck sifting through it :rofl: )

FL and cake are the two biggies. Some smaller companies like positive grid and peavey (revalver 4) do not.

KVR's forum is and always has been a bit of a slog to go through IMHO and as I'm only a little curious and don't think I'll bother trying to find that thread ;) ,
