Sequencer Re-arrangent

Hey folks,

Upgraded to 8.1 during the week, love the new interface BUT, having trouble re-arranging on the sequencer? I use to be able to drag to where ever you wanted and now you can, what gives?

Never mind, I found out how to do it. Point curser on the black high lighted part. it's a little different then prevues upgrades.
