R8 rewire loop problem..

Hey guys! (Again, feel like I've been posting daily here ). Anyways, yesterday I gave in and updated to Reason 8. Now my setup for the last 6 years has been Reason Rewired into Reaper. Now after updating I'm noticing something that isn't making any sense. Reason now will just bypass the loop region when engaged. I have to now go back into reaper and select repeat mode on. Use to, as soon as I enabled loop mode in reason it did it for both reason and reaper! Anyone else noticed this or having the same issue?
