Buying RE from Shop

Hi i have problem buying RE from Propellerhead shop it says "Your payment transaction failed.
Please check your billing details and try again." where do i find my billing details? i have no idea what to do? does anyone had same problem?

I had issues last time I bought, but cannot remember if it was the same as you.
It seems they have changed some things since the new site, so the card transaction is not automatic. 
Try to drop a question to prop. I had to fill in my card info once again I can remember.

It stinks not being able to buy from the shop, but I've saved a LOT of money so......

I send it to PH and they sort it out now i'm messing with parsec it's amazing synth.
