Rewind /F.Fwd = Go back 1 bar /Move forward 1 bar (2 identical groups of controls?)

Hi guys,

Does anybody know the difference between:

Rewind  -  Numeric keypad [4]
Fast Forward - Numeric keypad [5]

and

Go back one bar - Numeric keypad [7]
Move forward 1 bar  -  Numeric keypad [6] 


All mentioned above moves song position pointer by 1 bar. Then why are there 2 sets of controls for that? Am I missing something?

There is only one difference I'm aware of, and that is that the Rew/FF keys will accelerate after the first 20 bars.
