"failed to open file" ??

Lately I'm receiving this error message  --"failed to open file" whenever I finish a session and quit R8. Anybody know why and what it means exactly? So far it doesn't seem to be affecting anything...Thanks in advance.

It's probably something and nothing but just to be sure you should probably (re)install(?) Reason 8.1.

Using Reason since version 3 and still never finished a song.
