I have an akai mpd24 and pad bank A,B, and C all work fine.  But, when I turn on pad bank D.  The buttons don't worked and aren't mapped correctly or something....

Anyone know of how to do such a thing!?   Thanks in advance.

Assumed not you are using the Reason codec then D pads are set to send program changes, not notes.

If you want to add additional notes then you can either program using the actual device or use the software Config tool. I prefer the software tool.
