Help with corrupt reason files

After reinistalling twice yesterday and managing to open my songs which could not open after getting an "unknown exception " error and various others after that, I can no longer open any of my work. I have asked support and waiting for a reply. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to fix this?
I have applied the ''fix" supplied by support but that did not help.
