The Prodigy are not only art, but also unique, impressive works made with effort, so I believe they definitely deserve an honorable mention. A must![/quote]

Man, maybe I’m wrong and don’t understand what music is about.
I like a couple of Prodigy’s tracks but only one made me say Woooowowowow!!!!

Yes it’s Smack my b/($ up. And surprisingly it has 20 millions of views at this moment!!!! Unfortunately it wasn’t produced in Reason.

I know that Where Is The Love (best selling song of the year) was started in Reason.

Nicki Minaj's Anaconda was produced (or co produced) by AnonXmous, who uses Reason. He's also made tracks for Drake and others. Not sure if they're singles though, but they are on multi-million selling albums.

Alors on Danse.

Some tracks by Dj Khalil. I wonder if VST support has brought him back to using Reason as his primary DAW.

I've been using Reason for 17 years. What's your question? :)

Yes. The signature riff is played using a FSB patch. There should be a video on the Propellerhead artist stories page, but here's him showing his process in Reason.

Beyonce's Tambourine:

Named one of the "best beatmakers" by Rolling Stone Magazine 2008 talks about all the hits he made with Reason:

Just the question from the original post - Could you name a track or a coouple of them that were produced in Reason and each have more than 5 mil views on YouTube?

Well going by the videos on here I hate all the popular music made by Reason.. Hahah. For such an inventive and creative piece of software, some of the popular music coming out of it absolutely sucks. And I do like quite a bit of popular music (as well as plenty of indy stuff).

Finally a good song!

(I'm not including prodigy because no video was added).

Electric Feel is their best though I think, love that 6/4 bass groove.

I did make this one in Reason years ago:

Not exactly 5 million but if you add up the views all the different videos people have uploaded it's around there.

That's pretty cool! Assorted musings: did you give citation to Rock Master Scott & The Dynamic Three for using lines from their 1984 classic, "The Roof is on Fire"?

I don't know for a fact but I suspect the following songs where at least partially made in Reason:

1. Lil Wayne How to love

Guitar parts are Dr. REX loops from the FSB.

2. LIL Wayne A Milli.

Milli sample comes from popular Reason commercial Refill.

1. RL Grime literally been qouted saying he doesn't use VSTs, uses Reason:

2. Drake - Passionfruit (Produced by Nana Rogues)

I love how a lot of examples made bangers with just the stock devices.

DJ Mustard has produced for a lot of influential Hip Hop artists and he used to use Reason almost exclusively. The main rapper he produces for is YG and most of his YG's songs are well over 5 million. Here's an interview where he talks a little bit about using Reason in his productions...

“There are loads of sample libraries out there with old synth sounds and most of them can be integrated with the NN-XT. My latest single Fast Car was mostly made with lots of layers of this device.”
