Reason 15? 2030 prediction thread

Reason Compact needs some love. I recently forked out for all three devices after much deliberation but I don’t regret it. I’d got back into using Figure as a time killer on long journeys which was fun. Then when I started to get more into patch design, Reason Compact was a great way to get started on sounds, which usually inspired a sequence of some sort. By the time I’m back at the desk there’s a song starter.

30€ seemed a lot at first as an R+ subscriber but whatever, I got 30€ worth of value from it pretty fast.

I do miss the lack of mod functions on Europa (looking at you pitch mod) but it’s still pretty powerful for an iOS app.

If RS isn’t going to invest more time in it, they really should open the Compact rack up to 3rd party RE developers. I think we’d need some kind of deal if you own the full rack providing the REs were easily portable for developers, but I’d certainly throw some money at handheld Reason. Hell yeah.
