moved refills to the refill folder. they don't appear in browser

i moved my refills into the refill folder... they don't appear in the browser except for one (and the drum and loop supply)..

tried all the suggested fixes (deleting caches, reinstalling etc)

what now?

I have the same problem. From the 6 refills in my RS account (in the Reason Studios/Refill folder), only 3 show up in the browser.
Did you add the refill folder to the shortcuts of the browser window? Only there this problem occurs with me, when I go to the same refill folder in the browser through Computer -> user -> Music -> Reason Studios -> Refills, everything is there.

I also noticed that in Companion, under Refills, it only shows drum/loop supply. I find that strange, because 3rd party RE's do show up in Companion.

removed all duplicate refills on my hard drive and trashed everything in the cache folder. restarted and they all appeared.
