Help...Novation MK3 not working with Reason 12.7 (Windows)

Hi all,

I've upgraded from Novation Launchkey 49 to the more modern MK3 49. I have updated the Launchkey's firmware and installed it's drivers for Windows 10 and 11 on 2 machines. I have applied the Reason patch for AutoRemote from Novation and I'm stumped.

The faders are working momentarily and then freezing in Reason. I have tried 'Locking the device to the mixer', then changing the 'Use Master Keyboard' in the Midi Preferences to see if I could simply use 'Edit Remote Overide mapping' and Reason still freezes and then works with lag...then works fine and then freezes....Aaaaarrrgggghhhh

The old keyboard worked fine without any problem in Reason for 8 years until the faders and pitch wheel components were starting to fail....now with the new keyboard there is some sort of Remote files fighting against each other...

I have uninstalled the drivers for the old Launchkey incase they were clouding the new drivers or Automaps and I have tried the keyboard with Live, Surge XT (Stand alone) and the controller is working fine.

Anyone come across the same issue?

I have been in contact with Novation to see if it may be the Launchkey MK3;s fault and it is Reason that is the only problem in this situation.
