[SOLVED] Reason 12 won't open in my laptop

Reason 12 works perfectly in my recording studio (I use it every day), but it will not open in my new HP laptop. It says it cannot find the Factory Soundbank although the Factory Soundbank is sitting right next to it in the Reason folder. Any ideas? I'm trying to load Reason into the PC laptop so I can take it outside and work.

Move the soundbanks to:
%programdata%\Propellerhead Software\Soundbanks

And if you are trying to manually copy files across you'll probably hit other problems. Copy the downloaded installer across and run it.

I moved them there and it still says it can't find them when I run it.

After 6 full attempts to load Reason 12 into my new HP laptop, each time changing the installation using everyone's suggestions, it finally loaded and is running beautifully. Thanks so much for all the ideas. Now I have a recording studio that fits in a backpack.

This is half a mile from my house, plenty of wildlife to disturb. This photo is from a cold November, the temperature dropped to 64.
